Ghee, an ancient health food has been in use for thousands of years globally. The first known use of butter was way back in 2000 BC. Ghee became very popular in the cooler northern parts of India, but did not access popularity in the southern warmer regions. However, it is believed that the southerners are responsible for clarifying the butter for preserving it from getting spoiled.

What is organic ghee?
It is ghee made from the milk from cows that are fed an organic diet.
